Meet the Dynamic and Dedicated Leaders of the RevC Revolution
Richard Marques, CEO
Richard Marques always knew he wanted to work in the advertising industry. When other kids were watching Saturday morning cartoons, Richard was glued to the TV, watching infomercials. This early exposure to marketing and advertising gave him the background needed to find success in this industry.
Boasting a natural understanding of technology and advertising, Richard graduated with a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Florida, followed by several successful internships in the music industry. He is a distinguished member of the Forbes Technology Council, an invite-only position that is given to highly respected tech leaders and executives in the industry. He is also a part of the Gulf Coast CEO Forum and is a highly sought-after speaker, presenter, and native advertising expert who has shared his knowledge and experience throughout the world.
While his career with RevC began with Marketing & Operations, Richard quickly rose through the ranks, rising from Chief Marketing Officer to Vice President of Marketing before serving as Chief Operations Officer for seven years. Since taking on the role of CEO in 2018, Richard has helped the company transition from being a seven-year-old startup into the tech-driven, native advertising juggernaut it is today.
David Fairey, Chief Financial Officer
David Fairey offers executive-level accounting & finance experience across multiple industries. His passion for numbers and commitment to service helps the RevC team flourish and provides the stability needed to help advertisers and publishers reach their audience and boost their profits. David has a long history of working in fast-paced environments where he’s been able to successfully manage budgets, forecast future trends, and provide the critical analysis that’s led to increased profitability and growth.
Stephen Flee, Chief Commercial Officer
Stephen Flee is a seasoned tech veteran who has worked and scaled engineering teams with various companies such as Vidaroo and nFinanSe. He founded and sold AdRizer, before joining RevContent in 2018 as CTO. Since joining RevContent, Flee has been incremental in the evolution of the product and tech side of the business, and has recently taken on a new role as Chief Commercial Officer.
Craig Connell, Chief Technology Officer
Technology is at the heart of everything we do at RevC, and as Chief Technology Officer, Craig Connell brings the perfect blend of creativity, curiosity, and expertise. As an experienced technology professional and software executive, Craig previously served as the CTO and SVP of Engineering for STAQ, which was acquired by Operative in March of 2021. Additionally, Craig spends time in advisory and consulting roles for venture-backed technology-based companies. He is a member of the International Association of Software Architects (IASA) and is an expert at designing and building complex analytical systems and big data platforms for use in large enterprise settings. Craig graduated from the College of William & Mary with a dual degree in Environmental Science and Economics.
James Epstein, General Counsel
James is the counsel to global corporations, public companies, emerging businesses, advertising, securities, licensing, M&A, and corporate governance.
He is an experienced business attorney, managing teams to achieve positive outcomes in transactions, litigation, and regulatory compliance by leveraging a unique skill set developed as a private attorney and general counsel for global companies, including, first chair insurance coverage trial experience, fundraising, securities, and M&A. James also was the former General Counsel of Federated National Insurance Company.
