With reports being released that only\u00a011% of women<\/a>\u00a0hold the highest paid jobs in corporate America, due to long-ingrained gender stereotypes as well as historically\u00a0insufficient efforts at retention\u00a0<\/a>in the workplace, and\u00a027% of women<\/a>\u00a0reporting being sexually harassed while\u00a0on<\/em>\u00a0the job, companies across the US and worldwide are heavily focused on simultaneously creating cultures that support female talent while providing resources that will prepare these individuals to become the next generation of executives.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThe 2018 honorees displayed impressive efforts to encourage female millennials by creating workplaces that offer paid leave, flexible schedules, mentoring programs, and implementing strong sexual assault policies.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mogul conducts annual research each year to examine workplaces for women based on publicly available information as well as nominations. Workplaces are assessed by: Women\u2019s Initiatives, Women in Leadership, Workplace Policies, Workplace Culture, and Overall Diversity & Inclusion.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
